The dentist will always remind his patients to take care of their teeth and gums through brushing and flossing them every after meals to maintain clean and fresh mouth. This habit can prevent bad breath, bleeding gums as well as other oral health care. Gum infection can damage your teeth in just overnight without brushing and cleaning it. Plaque is the primary cause of gum infection. Plaques are more prone to bacteria that produce toxins and acids which cause irritation resulting to gum infections and inflammation of gums.
