To eliminate the presence of plaques in the mouthJuly 30, 2008 on 10:00 am | In Health |If the plaque formed from bacteria it becomes Gum infection. Because when the plaque produces acids and a toxin it causes the gum tissues to be inflamed as a result to gum infection. The reason why we have to eliminate the presence of plaques in the mouth is to have a healthy set of teeth, gums and oral cavity. We should not allow the plaque to sit in any place inside our mouth. Thus the thing we can do in eliminating this through a proper oral care that includes regular brushing and flossing, salt and warm water solution for a mouth rinse is very helpful. On the other hand, brushing, flossing and mouth rinse are not enough to remove plaque in between teeth and hard to reach areas of the teeth. We need a professional cleaning from a dental care expert and it is compulsory at least every after six months.
