Smoking is linked to all sorts of diseases

Smoking nowadays are what everybody’s business what they do not know about it is that smoking is linked to all sorts of diseases and research suggest on the connection of smoking to gum disease and gum infection. All the Nicotine and tobacco smoke that they inhale and used can cause constriction of the blood vessels, consequently, reducing the amount of oxygen circulation to the gum tissues. However smoking is one of the major causes of serious dental problems. If you are one of the smokers then you have a have a greater risk of having a gum disease. If you don’t want to catch up yourself in that situation then better stop smoking.
