If you have love handles and you are in desperate need to get rid of them, you must first know how did you get to have those unwanted fats in your midsection that make you look like you’re going to the beach with an inflatable tire around your waist. Here are some ways how to get love handles. One, after eating so much salty and fatty foods, you immediately sit down on your favorite couch while watching TV until you get to snooze off into dreamyland. Second, if you don’t feel like it, you don’t need to go out and have a nice exercise and sweat it out. And three, if you haven’t played more video games, you’d be in better shape without those love handles. Those, my friend, are the ways how to get love handles and taking them off would be difficult for you unless you know the right exercises in dealing with the situation that you’re in today. Surgeries can get rid of love handles but you may not get the desired results and besides, it’s too risky and too expensive for you.
