It is very frustrating enough after your doctor tells you that there is something wrong with you. How much more if your doctor tells you that you are suffering from a chronic disease, that until now, no one can provide a permanent cure, just like fibromyaliga. Anyone who is suffering from this kind of chronic disease or who is closed to someone that does already know how devastating and immobilizing the symptoms are. With the intense widespread muscular pain associated with this condition, it makes perfect sense why most patients would prefer no to move any more than the usual. However, regular mild exercise can help control the symptoms of fibromyalgia like the fatigue and stiffness. Also, by being productive, it can help you reduce the feeling of being depressed with is common in this kind of condition.
