Exercise and diet is very important not only with fibromyalgia patient but to every one concerned with their health condition. Working out with fibromyalgia exercise prevents more attacks of symptoms. If the patient does not get enough exercise, a lot of health problems and body pain is occurring. Pain in joints and muscles will get even worse. But we have to remember always that in everything we do we have to level or balance activity levels.
As we all know that chronic fatigue is one major symptoms of fibromyalgia disease. Most doctors do not prescribes sleeping pills because of the risk that patient may only go into addiction. If the patient stops using the medication it might get even worse and it getting harder time to get rest. Still it goes back to the basic that exercise is more safe and effective and a guarantee for a healthy body.
