As several businesses are requiring their employees to continue their education, more are encouraging employees look to the various internet based programs offered by universities. One of the leaders in Computer based degree programs is University of Phoenix. The big advantage to online studies is that students can take degrees from the comfort of their own home, and take degree programs at their leisure. Previously attending college full time was a very difficult decision for the students wanting to also hold down a job.
