TMJ/TMD or temporomandibular joint disorder can be very painful and annoying. With the pain that it brings particularly on the jaw part, it will cause severe and prolonged headaches that will make one more tense and may affect the over-all body health of an individual. Anyone can be victims of TMD and in the U.S. alone, there are now almost 10 million Americans who suffer from this malady and you know what the cause of TMD is? Bruxism. There are many causes of TMJ and one that is common is teeth-grinding or Bruxism. You can say that you have Bruxism when you are always bothered by annoying noises your teeth are making and not only that. Exerting too much pressure on your jaw when you involuntarily grind your teeth can dislocate your jaw and that’s TMD. To prevent teeth grinding, you need a good remedy and you can find one right here on this site that doesn’t require any use of drugs or medications or any kind of dental implants and expensive teeth-grinding guards.
