When you are going to apply for a job in a “not hiring” company, be a little cautious, and remember the decision to apply or not is always yours. If you are told that applications are not being accepted at the current time, even just to hang on to, you can forget for now and move on with other submissions. The last option that you try is create a picture or to convince an employer to record your application, as you may end up creating a bad name for yourself; one that you may regret for, you resume, or your job application for years to come.
